I've been obsessed with fruit as long as I can remember, so when I found out we'd be having a baby, there was no question what the theme of our nursery would be 🍊🥭🍐🍑🍒🍓🫐 This short but sweet list of special things will help you create a delicious nursery, kids bedroom, or playroom.
1. Cute and cozy knit baby blankets from Superstitchous. When I couldn't find baby blankets that I loved, I decided to design my own! We first used them as stroller blankets and as backdrops for monthly baby photos. Now, almost 4 years later, my eldest and his baby sister use the mini blankets every day on their beds and the couch (they're machine washable and dryable). The cotton baby blankets come in Peach, Pomegranate, Persimmon, Loquat, Cherry, and Fig flavors.
2. Amuseable fruit plushies from Jellycat. We've amassed an impressive collection of Jellycats over the years, but these are some of my favorites because they pair perfectly with our blankets. I often include a mini fruit plushie when I gift baby fruit blankets.
3. Handmade felt fruit mobiles from Etsy. There are many talented artists and craftspeople offering quality handmade nursery decor and toys. Fruit mobiles are among my favorites. Just make sure to properly vet the seller and products to ensure they're safe for your little ones.
